Citizenship at birth in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Constitution s.91 makes every person born in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines a citizen at the date of birth, whatever the parents' nationality or status, excepting only children of accredited envoys and of enemy aliens born in enemy-occupied territory. This is the standard OECS clause, near-identical to its six sibling constitutions.
