No fixed personal capital minimum; applicant must register an ACRA private limited company (min 30% shareholding) and meet at least one qualifying criterion such as raising at least SGD 100,000 from recognised investors, backing by a recognised incubator/accelerator, a prior venture-backed exit, registered IP, or an R&D collaboration with a Singapore institution.
