Citizenship at birth in Lesotho

Constitution s.38(1) makes every person born in Lesotho a citizen, whatever the parents' nationality or status. s.38(2) excepts children of accredited envoys and of enemy aliens in occupied territory only where neither parent is a citizen, and s.38(3) overrides both where the child would otherwise be stateless.
