Retired person / independent means residence (BES)
Temporary residence permit on Bonaire, Sint Eustatius or Saba for a retired person or person of independent means. Means of existence must be at least 120% of the gross monthly income under the BES Minimum Wage Act (island-specific, reindexed). Permits are typically issued for one year and renewed for five years of continuous temporary stay before an indefinite permit may be requested. Not citizenship-by-investment.
